Help Shape the Future: Join the Feng Cha Franchise Advisory Council

Dear Feng Cha Franchise Owners,

As Feng Cha continues to grow and evolve, we’re excited to announce the creation of our Franchise Advisory Council (AC) — a key step in strengthening collaboration between franchisees and the home office.

The Advisory Council will serve as a bridge between franchisees and leadership, providing insight, feedback, and ideas to help guide the continued growth and success of the Feng Cha brand.

We’re seeking nominations for franchisees from across the country who represent the diversity of our network — different regions, volume, and years in the system. Members will connect with about 7-10 nearby franchisees before meetings to gather input and ensure all voices are heard. 

The Advisory Council will meet monthly. Meetings will be approximately 90 minutes, depending on what needs to be discussed. We will, however, have two meetings scheduled in January: an orientation meeting scheduled for 60-90 minutes, and a strategic session scheduled for 4 hours where Advisory Council members will provide feedback on and help prioritize communication and engagement initiatives for 2026.
