Why We Are a Good Fit for Car Dealership Partnerships
-
Low-cost to have
We're affordable for dealership events—whether it’s catering for a team or hosting a customer promotion. -
Great for boosting energy
Our drinks add a fun, refreshing lift to long sales days or big showroom events. -
Perfect for team morale and celebrations
Staff love treats—milk tea is a great way to reward the team for reaching sales goals or celebrating milestones. -
Aligns with modern, youthful branding
Many car brands target young, trend-savvy buyers — and bubble tea naturally appeals to that same demographic. -
Increases foot traffic across both businesses
Cross-promotions (e.g. “buy a car, get a drink” or “test drive and get a free tea”) can drive new customers to both sides. -
Fun, safe, non-alcoholic option
Ideal for family-friendly or daytime events where alcohol isn't appropriate.
Best Time to Run This Campaign
This campaign is best executed during peak car shopping seasons, particularly New Years Day and the Christmas holiday season, as well as Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. During these times, car dealership employees are in need of caffeine and a quick pick-me-up to stay energized through the busy days. By providing refreshing, shareable drinks with extra caffeine, milk, and sweetness, we can help them recharge, making Feng Cha a go-to option they remember.
What This Campaign Does for Your Store
This initiative offers multiple benefits to boost visibility, drive sales, and grow your customer base:
-
Increases Brand Visibility: Engages a large, local audience within neighboring dealerships, putting Feng Cha top-of-mind for nearby businesses and employees.
-
Boosts In-Store Sales: Each catering order is a direct sale, helping to increase revenue. Successful events may lead to additional orders in the future, turning this campaign into a steady revenue stream.
-
Expands Customer Base: Introduces Feng Cha to people who may not typically drink bubble tea, opening doors to a new audience and encouraging non-boba drinkers to try something unique and enjoyable.
-
Enhances Brand Image: Demonstrates Feng Cha’s community support and appreciation for hardworking staff, solidifying a reputation as a community-focused business.
-
Encourages Repeat Visits: By offering an exclusive in-store discount, employees are incentivized to return to Feng Cha for future purchases.
-
Drives Word-of-Mouth: Team members are likely to share their positive experience with others, spreading awareness to coworkers, friends, and family, helping build brand loyalty within the local community.
OFFER
1 /
20% off drinks for catering orders booked one month in advance
Secure catering in advance by offering a discount for big dealership events.
Notes:
If a catering event includes 25 to 50 drinks, and the average drink price is $5.50, the expected revenue range is $137.50 to $275.00. Hosting multiple events will further increase revenue.
2 /
10% off for team members
Team members from dealership receive 10% off when they visit during a specific period, like a month for example. As an option, a dealer guest or employee could also receive a free topping for downloading the app.
Notes:
If we convert 5 to 10 of those team members from the event to frequent the store once per month, yearly spend may range between 5 x $10.35 (discounted ticket) x 12 = $621 and $1242.
3 /
Set up a table for both dealership employees and customers on big car dealership day events.
Provide either free samples of beverages or paid beverage stations to customers and employees during peak hours.
Notes:
This initiative creates strong connections with local business neighbors and potential future guests.

1
Identify High-Impact Opportunities Based on Dealership Location
Example: Partner with nearby dealerships that host customer appreciation events, holiday sales promotions, or employee celebrations to provide catering services that enhance their event experience (e.g., Memorial Day, 4th of July, Christmas).
2
Match Tactics to the Target Audience
Example: Offer catering packages tailored to dealership holiday events, including food and beverage options that align with the event theme (e.g., holiday treats, coffee stations, or full-service catering).
3
Meet with decision makers at the dealership
Example: Connect with the GM of the dealership or head of HR 1-month before the event. This gives the dealership time to plan their budget.
4
Develop a Relevant Offer
Example: Provide a special holiday catering package for dealership events, offering a discount for bulk orders or complimentary delivery for large gatherings.
5
Prepare Marketing Materials
Example: Design and distribute promotional materials such as posters, digital flyers, and social media graphics that both the dealership and you can share. Ensure the dealership has branded materials to promote the catering service in advance.
6
Execute the Strategy
Implement the catering plan according to the dealership’s holiday event schedule. Track engagement, gather customer feedback, and adjust offerings as needed. Maintain strong communication with the dealership to ensure a smooth catering experience.
