Valentine's Day Special Dessert

Hello Feng Cha Team,


We’re excited to announce a new dessert, the Strawberry Crush. The Strawberry Crush is a new milk foam cake we will be offering with our new recipe for a strawberry milk foam. The MSRP for the cake will be $6.99.


The only new required ingredient to make this cake is a white chocolate bar. Lindt Classic Recipe White Chocolate Bar was the ingredient used in the original recipe. It can be found in most supermarkets. In addition to the chocolate bar, a small grater will need to be purchased to shave it. For stores that made the lemon coffee previously, the zester grater used on the lemons is sufficient for this application.


Each store has been enrolled into an online recipe training course https://fengchaschool.teachable.com/ where you can learn how to make both the milk foam and the cake with it. After taking the course, stores are required to record a video on making the new dessert and foam and send it to Yan (yan.chen@cannectllc.com). Yan will then review these videos to ensure that the recipes are done correctly. After she confirms them, you may begin selling them in the stores.


These cakes and milk foam can be sold throughout the entire month of February.
